Policies
Rental Deposit
~ A $250 Damage Deposit is required on all rentals.
~ Damage Deposit is refundable 7 days after unit is returned.
Insurance
~ Renter is responsible for liability insurance. Bluestar Camper Rental is insured for collision with renter responsible for $250
deductible.
Reservations
~ First nights rental rate due at reservation.
~ If reservation is cancelled less than 14 prior to unit pick-up, the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
~ A Reservation Deposit may be used from a cancelled reservation toward another reservation within the same camping season,
providing units are available.
~ If reservation is cancelled more than 14 prior to unit pick-up, a full refund will be issued, minus a $15 Service Charge.
Extending Your Rental/Early Returns
~ If you would like to extend your vacation you MUST call Bluestar Camper Rental for rental extension if unit is available
for continued use. The rental agreement will be adjusted and renter charged accordingly.
~ If you return early from you trip no refunds will be given.
Return Condition
~ Rental Unit must be returned clean inside upon return. If you choose not to clean the unit you will be subject to a $50 cleaning fee.
Delivery
~ Delivery services are available. Local delivery fees will be quoted when the request is made.
Renter Damage
~ The renter is responsible for all damages to the rental unit not covered by the renter's or Bluestar Camper Rental's insurance.
Tire Failure
~ It is the renters reponsibility to change a damaged or flat tire while renting the RV. A spare tire will be provided.
Mechanical Failure
~ Mechanical failure is something we cannot control. Our units are maintaned to the highest of standards.
~ Rental agrees not to hold Bluestar Camper Rental liable for any damages, or inconviences, and any delays caused from
mechanical problems of the rental unit.
~ Bluestar Camper Rental knows how valuabe your time is and will assist in every way possible to minimize a delay.
Repair Reinbursement
~ Repair expenses will not be reimbursed if prior approval from Bluestar Camper Rental is not given for a repair in the field.
~ Any receipts for a field repair must be submitted for reimbursement.
Mileage
~ There is not limit on mileage.
Pick-Up Time
~ Pick-Up time will be agreed with renter when the pre-rental phone call is made to the renter.
~ Return time will be agreed upon by the renter and Bluestar Camper Rental.
Towing Requirements
~ 10 Ft. units require a standard 4 pin connector (flat four connector)
~ 10 Ft. units weight 1600 lbs.
~ 12 Ft. units require a standard 7 pin connector (round connector)
~ 12 Ft. Units weights approximately 2900 lb.
~ 2" ball is required.
~ 10 Ft. units do not have trailer brakes.
~ 12Ft. unit have trailer brakes.
